Your role:

  • Monitor project progress against the planned schedule and budget and calculate project financial results
  • Share project managers with key performance indicators and progress reports. Prepare detailed reports on project status and finances
  • Work closely with Project Managers and support in detailed activities related to project progress
  • Analyse, coordinate and collect cost monthly forecast and updates from all cost holders
  • Deliver high billability forecast accuracy and ensure month-end closing procedures are conducted timely and according to guidelines in respect of project costs
  • Be pro-actively involved in improving reporting and quality of the process
  • Support audits (preparation & handling project audits) and solve queries
  • Ensure the successful implementation of the PMO’s strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.
  • Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service
  • Financial Management

Requirements:

  • Min. 4 years of experience in PMO or/and Project Controlling functions in global consulting company
  • Experience within IT projects
  • BA / MA Degree (preferably in Economics, Finance & Accounting, Business)
  • Financial, Cost Accounting knowledge, Project planning methodologies
  • Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects
  • Ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization
  • Fluency in English and Polish; German will be an asset
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiar with ERP systems
