We’re called Team Up, we’re an IT recruitment company with a clear vision, where culture is more important than formal processes. For the past two years we have been operating in the IT recruitment market in our own unique way.

What do we do differently?

We carry out all recruitment in a unique Scrum-inspired #teamsourcing model called team recruitment. What is it about? Each project is realized by a project team that works together to determine the best recruitment strategy, shares tasks and then talks through successes and difficulties during regular online meetings.

When a difficult project comes up you can count on the support of the team, and when you successfully complete a recruitment, commission is paid to all the people who effectively took part in the assignment! We receive most projects on an exclusive basis, so you don’t have to compete with recruiters from other companies – it’s the quality approach and commitment that counts.

We work in an ‘office by purpose’ model – day-to-day from home, but we are happy to meet in the office once in a while when we feel the need to integrate or have a professional conundrum to figure out.


With our unique team-based recruitment methodology, we perform well in both long-distance runs and quick sprints.

What might your path at Team Up look like?

You click apply. Within 24 hours you receive a call from your future Team Leader. After a nice introductory conversation, you arrange a video meeting where you can get to know Kasia and one of your future team members better. During the next online meeting, you meet the founders of our company. Shortly afterwards, you pick up the phone – you’ve made it! Your adventure at Team Up begins!

You get a laptop, a phone and start your onboarding. You get to know the team, the world of IT concepts and technologies, proven methodologies and tools for sourcing IT candidates and the secrets of successful technology recruitment interviews. Soon, with the full support of your Team Leader, you start sourcing IT candidates. You work in teams and are given a maximum of 3 projects per week so that you can actually dedicate yourself to them. Before you know it your first candidate gets an offer and the world of technical recruitment becomes less and less overwhelming – bravo!

And what’s next?

Together with your Team Leader, you do an analysis of your talents and competences that need to be further developed. You set up an annual development plan that involves opportunities for promotion and pay rises that reflect your progress. You know the salary ranges for all positions in the company and you know what skills are needed to achieve planned and regular salary increases as your career develops. What will you do with it? It’s up to you, but we will support you in the path you choose.
