The founders of Team Up, Mateusz and Sebastian, who have been involved in IT recruitment continuously since 2008, realised that they had had enough of a job where competition and unattainable targets led the way and quality was second to quantity. That is why they decided to work together to build a company that focuses on cooperation, development, high quality of service and transparency.

2019

In Łódź, the first agile IT recruitment agency fully based on team recruitment is being established.

2020

We are opening a new team in the Tricity and expanding the team in Lublin.

2021

We are winning the grand prize in the LinkedIn Talent Awards competition in the category of effectiveness in reaching talent in Poland.

2022

We are expanding our IT Outsourcing department by acquiring large, institutional clients in the European Union.

2023

A new brand from the Team Up family is being launched, offering IT recruiter outsourcing – RPO.
